Going South on 405 from Everett
Take exit 20 for NE 124th street
Turn right off of exit and immediately turn right again onto 116th Ave NE
Follow this street north to NE 132nd St. and turn right onto to it.
Go under 405, straight through 1st light, and up the hill.
Just prior to the next light, on the right is the entrance to Eastside Urologist clinic,
Turn into clinic’s parking lot and follow it around to the back of the building to the lab.
Going North on 405 from Seattle/Bellevue
Take exit 20-B for Totem Lake Blvd.
Exit tunnel from exit and turn left at light onto Totem Lake Blvd.
Follow street to NE 132nd and turn right
Just prior to next light on the right is entrance to Eastside Urologist’s parking lot
Turn into parking lot and follow around to back of building to lab
